Voyage

Voyage is a musical sojourn of various international cultures as seen and heard through Dhruv's Indian lens. The music crosses many borders and transcends any fusion effort to come out of this region by many a mile.

A microcosm of global diversity in itself, the album leaves one yearning for more with its seamless blend from North and West Africa, Jazz, Pop, Assamese Folk to Rajasthani folk and Classic Rock into a singular sonic voice.

The album, which features award-winning international artists Raul Midon, French/Cameroonian bassist Etienne M'Bappe, Algerian drummer Karim Ziad, Mauritian bassist Linley Marthe, and grandmaster percussionist Trilok Gurtu, will be supported by an extensive tour. Rajasthani folk singer Ila Arun, Kartik Das Baul from West Bengal, and singer-songwriter Vasuda Sharma have given Voyage its eastern aromas.
